678slots Responsible Gaming — Play Safe and Stay in Control

Gambling should be for fun. At 678slots, we always put the wellbeing and financial safety of every player first.

What Responsible Gaming means

At 678slots, we provide gambling as a service so players can enjoy themselves and play without financial risk. Responsible Gaming means staying in control of your play and treating it purely as entertainment, balanced against your everyday life.

Do not expect gambling to be a source of income. Going in with a clear decision to only play what you can afford to lose is a healthy approach. Never gamble with money set aside for rent, education, or other financial obligations. See gambling as entertainment only, and expect that you may lose money.

678slots provides tools and support to help players stay in good control of their gambling. You can find details on all of them on this page.

Self-Control Tools

Setting Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month — whatever suits you. This is one of the most effective ways to manage your spending.

Time-Out

You can request a Time-Out to pause gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be temporarily closed to play during that period.

Self-Exclusion

If you want a longer break from gambling, you can request Self-Exclusion for a period of 1 month to 1 year. Contact our support team via Live Chat to get it set up.

Viewing Your Gaming History

You can review your play records and assess for yourself how long and how often you have been playing. This information helps you understand your own gambling patterns.

24/7 Support

If you are concerned about your gambling, our Live Chat team can help you in Burmese 24/7. Setting play limits and requesting a pause can be done immediately.

21+ Age Verification

Only players aged 21 and above can open an account and play at 678slots. We have full measures in place to prevent underage gambling.

21+ Age Protection

To protect children and young people from exposure to gambling, 678slots recommends the following measures.

Install parental control software on your internet browser

Store your login password somewhere your children cannot access

Be mindful that children may gradually become aware you are gambling if you play in front of them

Do not hand your phone or computer to children while you are playing

🚫 Only players aged 21 and above are permitted to play

678slots services are for adults aged 21 and over only. This requirement applies to account registration, deposits, and all gameplay. Age verification is carried out on every login to ensure underage individuals are protected.

Signs of a gambling problem

If the following signs appear, it is a warning that gambling has become a problem. You should address it with courage.

Wanting to stop gambling but being unable to and continuing to play

Betting larger amounts to try to recover money you have lost

Neglecting family, friends, and work obligations to gamble

Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling

Losing sleep or feeling restless and agitated because of gambling

Hiding your gambling from family and those close to you

Steps you can take yourself

Set a spending limit

Set a weekly or monthly budget for gambling in advance. Once the budget is used up, stop playing — you can request a limit through Live Chat.

Limit your playing time

Decide in advance how long each session will last and stop when that time is up. You can also use the Time-Out tool to take a break.

Check your gambling history regularly

Review the play records in your account to check whether your gambling habits have changed.

Take a break if needed

If gambling is causing problems, contact Live Chat immediately to request Self-Exclusion — we are available 24/7 to help.

Tips for healthy gambling

Keep these points in mind at all times to enjoy gambling as a form of fun and entertainment.

Do not treat gambling as a source of income — only play with money you can afford to lose

Set your budget before you start playing and stick to it

Understand that gambling outcomes depend on chance — they cannot be predicted or controlled

If you lose, stop rather than chasing your losses — do not expect to win back what you have lost

If gambling is taking up too much of your time, find another hobby that can replace it

Being open with those close to you about your gambling is a sign of a healthy relationship with it

Do not gamble while intoxicated — it impairs your judgement

Do you need support?

Contact Live Chat

Questions about responsible gambling at 678slots

Contact 678slots Live Chat 24/7 and say "I want to request Self-Exclusion." The support team will process it immediately with a period of your choice, from 1 month to 1 year. Your account will be blocked from play during that time.

You can set a deposit limit for any of three periods: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Contact Live Chat to apply or change your limit instantly.

You can resume playing once the Time-Out period ends. However, if you chose Self-Exclusion, you must contact Live Chat yourself after the period ends to reactivate your account — it will not be reopened immediately, and a brief cooling-off period will be applied first.

Gambling is entertainment only, not a way to earn income. Outcomes depend on chance and are unpredictable. There is always a risk of losing the money you play with, so never play with amounts that could affect your financial wellbeing.

You can reach 678slots Live Chat in Burmese 24/7. You can also email [email protected] and receive a reply in Burmese.

Use parental control software on your phone or computer, and keep your 678slots account password somewhere children cannot access it. Do not play in front of children — seeing you gamble can influence their own habits.
